They have a tendency to abuse it, exercising, apply it to break the boredom and even just on a whim because they didn't like the tone in your voice and they're looking for someone to get even with for their lot in life. This is the type of thing I wish you to avoid like the plague all the way to mid day on the 2nd. Off-site schmoozing it and any kind of mixers the 2nd to 4th can be extremely profitable and hold more power punch than expected.
