Wednesday the 19th, opportunities will be handed to you early in the day; make the most of them until mid-afternoon. Once we reach mid-afternoon, don't force issues, as patience will be required.

Thursday the 20th, you can influence others very strongly, especially through the vocal and persuasive tones you use when you speak.

Friday the 21st is a busy and active day when many people will come to you with their personal problems, and they may do so in the late morning or early afternoon in the middle of the work day. This is your choice, but be very careful how you handle it.

There seem to be several issues and problems for many signs this week, and breaking away from them may not be the easiest thing for many signs. Be willing to be understanding if a friend has to back out this week, as there seems to be a lot of last-minute, eleventh-hour crap going on.

Career demands may blow up in your face this week at the last moment, after hours, off-site, or at any time. Power people tend to pop in unexpectedly, especially early in the week, and this may be planned or unplanned. It may also be an attempt to test you or some kind of pop inspection to see what's going on around the work environment. Power people may also be on the hot seat from those above them, and as we all know, crap trickles down. Some of you may fall victim to last-minute and unexpected events, especially all day Monday, late Thursday and anytime on Friday -- but the good news about Friday is that everything seems to be out in the open and easy to catch. Whatever happens this week, you seem to survive it, for there are indications that you are up for promotion and praise next week.
