Cooperation is good the 15th but slips down poorly the 16/17th and any plans you had in place by then, are best kept that way if you want success or complication, hassles and extra expense is likely to be the outcome. Spending takes a nasty hike the 18th to 20th but it does appear to be a hefty amount of 'necessities' like food, improvements, repairs and some 'entertainment electives' which may NOT be as much in your control as you may like, since you could be out voted. A 'sit down talk' that confronts an issue the 21st may be unavoidable.
