Greater ease to do so is likely the 24th and with tact and diplomacy you can 'end it all' the 25th, especially if you are dealing with Scorpio, Cancer, Aquarius, Leo, Sagittarius or other Caps.

Your best day to 'express yourself' and/or your position appears to be the 22nd and again later on the 24th. IF you miss those windows, be as professional and tactful as you CAN and use the early afternoon of the 25th.
