Demands on your time go up sharply the 20th to 22nd and your need for patience, tolerance and good vocal tone control go up with it. More effort go into the 23/24th if you want 'planned events' to go off without a hitch. A long talk the 24/25th appears to be more a 'pleasant visit' line for most of you but may be a meeting or discipline for others of you.
