Most issues smooth out BEFORE Mercury retrograde the 17th but ONE may linger as far out as the 23rd, particularly for Libra or Aries. Travel may be a necessity the 18th to 20th for the family 'as a whole' or in 'certain member' groups OR, there is likely to be hefty vehicle costs.
