Being handed more responsibility may give you the VENUE to earn or 'showcase' that you have the ability to hold a position that PAYS more money, but this is an indication of 'more money' or earnings and not just the work that comes with it. That is not to say you will NOT be given the extra work/hours, because you most likely WILL, especially near the 9th to 11th, but it appears you can 'hack it' nicely. Make all meetings on time the 12th and be sure you 'answer' any inquires fast and 'with respect' the 13th.
