MOST of it appears only likely with signs like Aries, Leo, Gemini, Sagittarius, Virgo and Cancer and IF you 'stop it mid way' you can end up laughing it off. A longer and somewhat 'emotional talk' is indicated for the 18/19th but SHOULD be more likely to be between adult/parent Sagittarius and their spouses. The behavior of youth and choice of discipline methods MAY be at issue. Restricting freedom/s of misbehaving youth may be THE best choice, depending on the infraction and the 'age' of the youth. It does not punish a 13 to 15 year old to take the car away but not being able to go to the Mall? Now THAT is torture! As long as you are 'heard' the punishment is right!
