Making and sticking to a spending plan 'for the most part' will keep you feeling secure and distanced from 'worry/fear.' Be willing to change/adapt for a member's needs near the 4th and again the 7th when 'a juggling act' may be required. No one can problem solve with calm, practicality like you.
