Members are most cooperative the 4th and you can fly requests past just about everyone, especially those with their 'hand out.' Discipline issues appear to dominate the 6th and can range 'from one extreme to the other' especially where tough love is needed or praise and rewards are handed out. The 8th is an excellent day to use for planning events, holding family meetings and getting the best results/cooperation from even the longer ranged planning/s.
