Falling short on either of those may lead to arguments and escalation of problems, especially near the later hours of the 21st, 22nd and early hours of the 23rd. Signs start with Pisces, Cancer and Aquarius the 21st, shift to Gemini, Virgo and Pisces the 22nd and round out with Scorpio, Aries, Pisces and Virgo the 23rd. Once past the 24th, it's a cake walk!

Some Virgos WILL terminate status this week and sad as the news can be, it will be seen as either 'good/bitter-sweet' or very stress filled and anxiety creating. There will BE no 'in betweens'. The greatest 'threat level' seems to be for some near the 21st and for others the later hours of the 22nd into early 23rd. Minor mistakes are typical the 20/21st and IF you are 'passed' any project or duty 'in a procession' or 'chain of command' make damn sure you do your part right and do not 'rubber stamp' and pass it on unless you have gleaned for flaws and had the guts to confront errors, no matter WHO made them. You may lose your patience, possibly due to fatigue/illness, pain or injury the 22/23rd; love yourself and 'make allowances' for any/your vulnerabilities. A little pampering and 'preparing' goes a long way the 22nd to 24th.
