Your show some level of substantial 'down time' the later hours of the 4th into early 7th and sun exposure, digestive, headache, eyes, dehydration, back, ankle and shin appear likely causes. Clashes with elders may be another possible 'hassle' and if they are parents, it is likely to be a bit 'worse/more likely' than if not.
