A 'big personal problem' is LIKELY the 30th and may especially involve Aries, Leo, Capricorn, other Totters or Scorpio and may last, or 'really feel like it lasts' for a lengthy time, possibly until as soon as the 1st , hopefully no longer than the 2nd but possibly as far out as January 19th to 22nd or even, especially if Aries or Leo is involved, as far out as later March or late July '14. Obviously 'fix it fast' is my first advice and NOT 'who is right or wrong.' The 30th is a well known BAD DAY to make any kind of 'change' but especially for signs like Aries, Scorpio, Capricorn and some Cancers. IF the 'personal problem' forced any level/kind of 'change' upon those signs, like it or not, you MAY be facing one of the 'longer date scenarios.' Much appears repaired if it DID go wrong, by the afternoon of the 2nd, when the moon slips into Aquarius and is in the 1st quarter. THEN, traditionally, good news becomes likely, especially about education, awards, finance, recognition, praise and accomplishment.
Love and Romance
Romance may get 'set back' a bit the 30th to 1st IF, and usually ONLY if, expectations are set 'way too high' placing stress or feelings of 'futility' upon another. IF that 'another' happens to be a Scorpio, Leo, Aries or Sagittarius, you may be in for a bit of a struggle getting BACK to a positive space.

New friends are ALWAYS welcomed and this week, they APPEAR to not only be Leo, Sagittarius, Capricorn and Pisces but they appear to 'serve' and quickly, especially in career situations where 'getting on the inside' and FAST is a requirement. It's possible they may 'walk you right up to Mr. Big' and open some doors for you. Use social gatherings to work your network and do your most 'arm pumping and backslapping' the 1st to 3rd. Play a far more 'low key role' should opportunities present themselves BEFORE the 1st. THEN, do not talk about 'anything personal' especially the 30th.

You can foster your career 'off site' and even 'while on vacation' this week, depending upon the schmoozing opportunities you are given and WHEN they unfold. BE low key the 30/31st and avoid pushy 'want info on your personal life' types. IT may be 'all about the facts, figures and information the 31st; provide all you CAN, but as it relates to industry ONLY. People may be a bit 'aggressive, impulsive and have fast reaction time' the 1st to 3rd and 'allowing for that' would be wise. You may 'come up with a novel solution' the 3rd that 'draws powerful attention.' Be modest.
