The 16th and 17th hold some emotional possibility for conflict and when you approach a member it would be wise to remain come and state your practical reasons for why you need or want something. Distractions and frustration are likely on the 17th, but only in the morning hours with vast improvements showing for later in the afternoon. Happiness and calm appear likely on the 18th and any problems that did surface during the week may now be put to bed quickly with discussions that are well-received and thoroughly cleansed. In addition, Mercury goes direct and comes out of retrogression on the 19th bringing with it a sudden and quick resolution to any problems that you had over the last three and a half weeks.
