Typical issues of/from the holiday may cause extra 'last MINUTE' spending but it is likely to be on food, entertainment, drinks, check grabbing and other types of 'bring it in' expense, and not so much 'gifting'. Heftiest outlays of cash appear to go the 24th to 26th and then it backs off until the 29th when it picks up again with almost a 'vengeance'. Visiting family, hosting or 'putting someone up' nearby may be a likely source of spending, especially IF you are trying to keep your own 'home/domestic scene' private; a hotel room may be required and you are likely to be the one picking up the tab. Another source of 'hefty spending' that ADDS to the 'escalation factor' is for Lions who have spouses, as they tend to have a bit of 'last minute needs or requests' that dip into your wallet BIG Time and it is hard to 'say no' to them, especially if you are paired to Libra, Scorpio, Cancer, Sagittarius or Virgo. Other signs than the ones listed and you MAY be able to 'put your foot down' and talk them out of it, chalking it up to 'last minute holiday madness/impulse'.

Well, FIRST, if you are paired, go read the Family Section above and you will likely find 'signs listed' could fall victim to some crazy, last minute impulsive 'needs/wants' that will NOT be 'quelled' unless they GET what they are POSITIVE they 'need/want' so badly. In such cases, TRY to reach a 'reasonable compromise' and if you can NOT, you MAY open the door to a problem between you two that COULD 'live on' for longer than you'd like; as in until early January of '14 or even as far out as into February of '14 and the END of the month, at that! As for singles, this is NOT a very 'promising week' for finding 'quality' companionship, [which is the ONLY type you like!] but IF you 'hook up' RIGHT on times listed, you may find a promising 'run' arise from it and those would be EXACTLY, early afternoon of the 24th, especially with Aquarius, Leo, Aries, Pisces or Capricorn, the AM of the 26 but only later AM and that would be Aquarius, Pisces, Virgo and Gemini and finally, the entire afternoon and evening of the 27th with ONLY Taurus and Libra 'LEFT OUT' as the entire Zodiac is open for you on THAT one! The same can be said for friendship and friends, there appear to be limited 'good times' this week that may easily 'match' times listed in the Love Section for 'success' and outside of that, there actually MAY be some challenging pockets where pals need hand holding, back covered, favors BIG TIME or a pair of ears to 'dump on' and those would be near the AM of the 23rd, all day the 25th, the AM of the 28th and all day after noon time on the 29th.

Career Highlights

Good luck getting anything done this week, even IF you work for yourself or are commission based, as it is NOT the 'holiday' that tends to get in your way as much as the 4th quarter moon and while it is in Virgo, the 23/24th you can get SOME things accomplished but once it hits Libra, things go from one extreme to the other and it would be BEST if you feel/think you are 'on a roll' to keep going and IF you 'hit a wall' throw in the towel right away from the jump and WALK the 25/26th. There are TWO distinct 'halves' to the 27th, an AM that shows poor cooperation and a PM that gives you 'all you need' but depends solely upon YOU doing 'all the work' and standing OVER your accomplishments CONSTANTLY to make sure they STAY accomplished.
