A busy and demanding week is likely and your focus, especially the 8th to 10th, seems to be that 'everyone should just get along' and 'harmony and balance' are what you are shooting for. This may not be easy IF you are dealing with elders, the financially distressed or Capricorn, Aquarius, Pisces or Scorpio members who are 'unhappy with some issue'. Talk it out and use the 11/12th as your best time to 'end the problem' time since allowing it to 'progress beyond' those dates may be unwise. A beautiful find or 'bargain' of some kind the 14th appears to enhance family life greatly but MAY be a 'big ticket' expense. Consider future debt consignment levels before 'splurging'.
Love and Romance
Love does very well all week for the Scale but there does seem to be a 'lot of talking, discussion and deciding' involved for both the single AND paired Scale, especially IF Aries, Cancer, Capricorn, Leo, Gemini or other Scales are involved. Friends are likely to extend invitations for doings as soon as the 10th during the day, the 12th 'after work hours' and the 13/14th during evening events. IF they are 'family functions' other than birthday celebrations, be sure you know how their family feels about your involvement before you commit to travel, function or gifting expense. Don't forget the 'hostess gift' if the event calls for it. Wine or flowers always work!
Career Advancements
Here we see great progress, especially for those of you who have been trying to 'lock down' or bring to completion, particularly IF meetings, signings or etc are schedule for the 11th or 12th and some projects or goals may even go back as far as last May/June, mid Aug or as recent as the end of Sept. But it's time to 'lock them down' and dry the ink! You MAY need to travel, spend on long distance deals or exchanges and could be invited to speak before 'larger groups' of people or in 'demonstration' discussions.
