A celebration may be required, most likely due to a 'mini-announcement;' possibly a move, expansion of family or upcoming 'big event' and a 'toast' may be required. A long talk and/or planning session appears likely the 1/2nd OR, it may be just that you are 'hashing something out' and trying to figure 'the best way' to handle it.
