Much of that only applies between the 12th and 16th as once we reach the 17th there's a whole new attitude as Mars enters Capricorn and the moon switches into the first quarter in the sign of Aries removing all doubt and bringing in a plethora of exciting and positive energies... It's as if the wind switch to the exotic trade winds and brought with them the scent of flowers and warm breezes and indeed, in many areas of the northern hemisphere that's exactly what the weather will do.
