Sit them down and delegate out some duty so that you can find less for yourself. Have some members step up to the plate and take over a few things so you can free yourself to address those things that are making you feel overwhelmed as even the smallest of things taken off your plate might make you feel more in charge and more organized so you can address your own agenda better.
