Chances are, you will be the one getting called upon to rescue, assist or bail them out. If money is part of the equation do not loan it out. If it is more than you can afford to give away, better tactfully avoid the situation.

Negotiations on just about any thing go very well the 16th into 17th but seem to lose steam quickly by sunset the 17th, so wrap/tie up all lose ends and nail them down as best you can. Some of you may have to dangle from the 16th to as far out as the 20th before you know for sure which direction, how much, when and even who.
